Two things, done properly.

Septic tanks for homes. Grease traps for kitchens. Everything else on this list is one of those two jobs on a harder day.

An opened two-chamber concrete septic tank with the suction hose feeding into it.

Septic tank pumping

Routine pump-outs and cleanouts for tanks that have gone too long. Whether it's scheduled maintenance or an unexpected mess, we keep your system running clean and hassle-free — and we'll tell you plainly what shape things are in when we're done.

  • Homes and businesses
  • Same day when you need it

Emergency septic service, any hour

Toilets gurgling, showers backing up, a wet patch over the drainfield. Septic problems don't wait for business hours, so neither do we — we're open 24 hours, every day, for emergencies.

Cleaning and inspection when you buy

Buying a house on septic? Have the tank cleaned and looked at before you close, so you know what you're actually buying instead of finding out in month two.

Lift stations and pump chambers

Pump-outs for lift stations and pump chambers at commercial properties, plazas, and multi-unit buildings — the equipment most people never think about until it stops moving.

Four steps, and you're on with your day.

Every step below is pulled straight from what customers describe in their reviews — not what we wish happened.

  1. 1

    You call, Luis answers

Any hour. Tell us what's going on and we'll get you on the schedule — customers regularly book and get serviced the same day.

  2. 2

We show up when we said

"Prompt," "on time," and "came as soon as I called" are the phrases that keep appearing in our reviews. We plan to keep it that way.

  3. 3

We pump it out and explain it

The tank gets cleaned, and you get told — clearly — what was going on, what we did about it, and what to watch for next.

  4. 4

You see the work in pictures

We keep you posted with photos throughout the job, so you're never left wondering what happened under the lid.

Things people ask before they call.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?

Every three to five years for a typical household. Pump sooner if you have a big family, a small tank, or a garbage disposal you use hard. If you can't remember the last time it was done, it's due.

How do I know my tank needs pumping right now?

Slow drains everywhere at once, gurgling toilets, sewage smell in the yard, or soggy bright-green grass over the drainfield. If sewage is coming back up into the house, stop running water and call us.

What does it cost?

Every job is a little different — tank size, how full it is, and how easy the lids are to reach all matter. Call 786-232-1292, tell us what you've got, and we'll talk it through. Customers consistently describe our prices as very reasonable.

Do you really come out at night and on weekends?

Yes. We're open 24 hours for emergencies, every day of the year.

I don't know where my septic tank is. Is that a problem?

That's common — plenty of homeowners have never seen their lids. Mention it when you call and we'll go from there.

How often does a restaurant grease trap need service?

It depends on your volume, trap size, and local requirements — busy kitchens often need service every one to three months. Call us and we'll work out a schedule that fits.

What if I'm outside Miami-Dade or Broward?

Give us a call anyway. If we can accommodate you, we will.
